Welcome to Personalized Hawaii Tours LLP! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and participating in our tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Company Information

Personalized Hawaii Tours LLP is a tour provider based in Oahu, Hawaii, offering private and group excursions, transportation services, and guided experiences.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Customers can book tours online or via phone.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • We accept credit cards as the primary payment method.
  • No deposit is required-full payment is necessary to secure your tour.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not be refunded.

Company Cancellations:

  • If we cancel a tour for any reason, customers will receive a 100% refund.
  • If cancellation is due to weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour at a convenient time for the customer.

4. Liability & Waivers

  • Customers participating in transportation services will be required to sign a safety waiver before the tour.
  • Personalized Hawaii Tours LLP is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or accidents that may occur during tours.
  • Some tours may involve physical activities (e.g., hiking, walking, or water activities). Customers should
  • assess their own fitness level and health conditions before participating.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must arrive on time at the designated pickup or meeting location.
  • Clear communication about hotel or accommodation details is required for smooth pickups.
  • For tours that include Pearl Harbor, due to federal regulations, we are not allowed to accompany customers onto the USS Arizona Memorial. However, we will:
  • Provide all necessary directions and tickets.
  • Explain how to navigate the site.
  • Wait outside while customers visit the memorial.

6. Privacy, Data Protection & Marketing

  • We collect basic personal information (e.g., name, phone number, email) only for booking purposes.
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except when required for booking confirmations.
  • Customers acknowledge that their contact information may be used for future marketing campaigns, such as special promotions, discounts, or announcements. Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts within the state.
